A few things to know

Which devices can receive alerts?

Use a supported browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. On iPhone or iPad, add BankSignals to your Home Screen and open it from there to enable notifications. Your member setup page walks you through it.

Do I need to keep the livestream open?

No. Once your device is connected, BankSignals sends notifications for your selected markets without the livestream or setup page staying open. Keep notifications enabled; delivery depends on your device, browser, network, and operating-system settings.

Where do I go after purchasing?

Your post-purchase handoff takes you to the protected My Alerts page. You can return there through your member dashboard or the Member alert setup link above. If payment confirmation is still processing, refresh your membership access—there is no need to buy again.
